Legs, Bums and Tums: This is our most popular class! Tone up, firm up and burn fat from your tummy, hips, thighs and bottom with exercises such as squats, lunges, calf raises and crunches. Tone tummy, lean legs and perfect bottom are hard things to attain but not impossible if you go to legs, bums and tums. This workout will have you raising, lunging and squatting along to some upbeat funky tunes -the perfect way to get in the mood for Wednesday evenings circling and POP.
Stretch and Tone: This class focusses on improving everyday life by increasing flexibility and range of motion.Stretch and Tone classes help to relieve stress and tension, by relaxing the mind and body. Therefore this is the prefect exercise for stressful periods, such as exams and deadlines.
Zumba: Zumba is one of our most fun classes. It is a great calorie-burning dance fitness party by mixing low and high intensity moves. It combines all elements of fitness to fun music. A perfect way to start the weekend.
